Emory looks so cute in this hand-me-down outfit. I'm so glad he can wear the matching shorts; Ev's waist was too small to wear them as a set. He outgrew the shirt when the shorts finally fit.
The appointment:So Doc walks in, with wide eyes and a dropped jaw and says, "what have you been feeding him?" :) She was suprised to read his weight and length from Emory's chart.
Today Emory was:
20 pounds
She indictated the curve exceeded past 100 and appeared to sit at 110% on the chart.
27 1/4" length
She indicated the curve exceeded past 100 and appeared to sit at 105% on the chart.

After an exam Doc confirmed Emory sounded and looked great. She found no concern for his size, the amount he eats, or the cold he's had for the past two days. She advised we continue doing what we're doing to nurse him back to health.
Also at this appointment Emory received 3 vaccinations for Polio, Diptheria/Tetanus &Pertussis and Hib (2 sticks & 1 oral). Poor Love cried, but just for a couple of seconds.
Perhaps you were right Aunt Tammy, the name "Magnus" might have been more suitable. :o)
OH and just for fun I looked back at Everett's 4 month post, Ev weighed 16.7 pounds & 27". In fact, Emory is the same size now that Ev was at 8 months old.
