Baby Everett is still cooking :) (28 weeks today, Hooray!) and the nursery is still a work in progress. We purchased a chest for all of Everett's onesies, as his closet is effervescing. :)
Deona and I went to "grammie's" house today, as she helped us make drape panels for windows. We changed our minds about special ordering the bedding from Polka Tots. Deona recently read an article (in a parenting magazine) that crib bumpers are to be avoided these days. Seems silly to have our bedding custom made if are only to buy the crib skirt; we've settled on a skirt that matches our nursery colors AND have saved quite a bit of money. We still need to purchase a crib sheet and mattress pad and make the ottoman slip cover.
Deona's belly is growing and it's especially tight these days. Everett has been moving a lot, more than usual. Deona continues to experience ligament pulling, Braxton Hicks contractions and she's recently experiencing leg cramping and numbness in her finger tips. Seems all dissipates after walking around for a bit.
Still lots to do, but feeling like we accomplished quite a bit this weekend.
