The Garcia Family Crest
Our branch is in purple text. Julian, Jr. is my grandfather. This is a very small part of the actual family tree. Our family has been researched and recorded back to 1595.

Poor Emory did not get enough attention at the family reunion. :o)
Sweet, sweet Emory did amazingly well. He absolutely LOVED all the snuggling he received. Emory was recognized as being the youngest family member in attendance. Yeah Emory!!

Horseshoe Competition
After several grueling hours, Uncle Fred and Cousin Freddy were awarded team champions.
This year I chaired "kids activities" which included a fishing booth, matching duck game, cupcake walk, football throw challenge, pinata's, beaded bracelets and sunvisor crafts.
Everett was the second person to win a cupcake! Well deserved son!!
At the end of the day when there's beer left in the keg, what should one do? Ask these men. :o)
A fun time was had by all. Our next reunion will be in 2012; my sister Tammy and cousin, Shannon will co-chair the event. It's funny to think Emory will be the age Everett was at this year's reunion and Everett will be the age of both Jordan cousins. :) The next family reunion will be here before we know it and whatever the exact date is, we're looking forward to it!!
