{Temporary} Rolling Blackouts
Well apparently Oncor started rolling blackouts across North Texas early this (Wednesday) morning because the power grid is at peak capacity. Because of this, rolling blackouts will continue throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and the rest of Texas today lasting about 15 minutes at a time. 15 minutes? Yea, we'll see.
