Emory does and he says it houses things that are broken because "they need a place to live too". 
Inside the pocket I found Snoopy's missing ear (see backpack), a beheaded Snoopy eraser and a couple of shells. 
A sad pocket; do you have one? I don't either but I'm happy Emory has found the perfect house to keep it all. :)
