On Memorial Day, the flag should be displayed at half staff until noon only, then raised to the top of the staff.
I didn't know that, but now I do.
Everett celebrated Memorial Day, enjoying some play time at Grammy and Grampy's, this afternoon.
Everett loves playing in the water. We're planning a vacation to the beach in August...i hope he's equally excited about the ocean.
