Chickens & Choo-Choos

We asked Everett where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner.  He was sure he wanted to see choo-choos and 'Ol MacDonald's Farm?  What?! Is there such a place?

YOU BET THERE IS!!
We went to Babe's in central Arlington this evening.  Their specialty?  Fried Chicken.  Lucky for us the mashed potatoes, corn, salad and biscuits are meat free. :)
Waiting for a table and Aunt Schneider (getting directions from Deona).
Ev points out all the chickens on the roof and ledges.
Aunt Schneider!!
Do you see the choo-choo on the ledge under the "Hardware" sign? It actually runs.
Ev opened the coolest birthday card and gifts from Grandpop & Grandmom. Thank you bunches, Everett was VERY excited; he especially liked his Mickey Mouse card that sings, "Hot Dog, Hot Dog, Hot Diggity Dog". :-)
The staff breaks out in line dancing and Everett decides he needs to as well.
This is what Emory thinks about it.
 The birthday serenade:
A GREAT birthday dinner and celebration with choo-choos on 'Ol McDonalds Farm.
Stay tuned as we celebrate Everett's birthday next Saturday at Chuck E. Cheese with friends and family. On SUNDAY (5/15) Deona and I are taking Everett to see Thomas the Tank Engine LIVE on stage.  Cant wait!!
